Laura Fisher works in the mediums of sculpture and painting, producing a colorful and expressive oeuvre. Her large sculptural works are featured in public spaces throughout the United States and Canada.
Since moving to Oaxaca, México, her interpretive portraiture and Olmec-inspired figurative sculptures draw inspiration from the details of everyday life within and around the central valleys surrounding this colonial city.
